WELCOME TO THE NGO REGISTRATION SECTION

A new computerised registration process has been put in place by the European Youth Foundation (EYF) in order to optimise the grant application procedure, the monitoring of projects and administrative follow up. Organisations that fail to register will not be able to submit their project applications to the EYF online.

Organisations already having applied to the EYF

TOP

The EYF Secretariat has already entered basic information on your organisation into the database. Please contact the Secretariat (eyf.registration@coe.int) to receive instructions on how to complete the registration form.

How to fill in the registration form

TOP

Click on the registration page and enter detailed, accurate and up to date information about your organisation. If necessary, during the registration process, press the SAVE button at the bottom of the registration form. The system will then generate a temporary username and password that you can use to access your data at a later stage and continue registration.

When logging in again with this temporary username and password, you can find your registration form by clicking on the Modification menu in the Organisation Section.

NOTE:  By pressing the SAVE button, your information will NOT be submitted to the EYF.

Below are some practical guidelines to help you complete the form

(!)  Attention! ALL fields marked in redare mandatory.

TOP

Give the full name of your organisation and its abbreviation (acronym). This name will be used in ALL future correspondence with the EYF. Specify whether your organisation has a local / regional / national or international dimension. Provide a brief description of your organisation, its aims, structure and activities.

NOTE: To have an INTERNATIONAL dimension, your organisation must have branches in at least seven Council of Europe member states, with a minimum of 100 active members in each (members or young people who regularly attend your activities).

TOP

Please specify your organisation contact details for further correspondence: street name, town, country, postal code, e-mail etc. If your organisation has multiple addresses, please make sure you indicate the right address of office/representation to correspond with the EYF.

NOTE:  Since most communication with the EYF will occur electronically, it is imperative that you indicate a valid e-mail address to ensure correct and prompt feedback. If you do not have an e-mail address, simply put an @ in the e-mail field and inform the EYF at: eyf.registration@coe.intas soon as there is one in place. Please note that only one e-mail address is allowed here.

Contact person

TOP

It should be noted that the process of registration and further correspondence entails frequent contact between the recipient organisation and the EYF. Therefore, the person(s) responsible for projects and contacts with the EYF should be clearly identified. If necessary, you may use the blank fields in same section to specify two or more names of the persons in charge of communication with the EYF.

If you are a first-time applicant, you must attach a copy of your statute in either English or French. Simply click on the BROWSE button and specify the file on your computer or network to be attached. Once the name of your file appears in the right field, click ATTACH.

If you do not attach your statute, your registration form will be sent back to you.
